Construction Expected To Start In 2018 On Polo Ridge Ranch Community Planned For Kaufman County

Earlier this month, at a council meeting, the City of Mesquite approved a plan for a new residential community, Polo Ridge Ranch. The developers are BDMR Development LLC.  The community will be located in Mesquite’s extraterritorial jurisdiction in Kaufman County just south of I-20 near Malloy Bridge Road (FM 740) and FM 2757 (between Forney TX, Seagoville TX and Heartland, TX). 

Polo Ridge Ranch is on about 822 acres and will include more than 1,000 homes and 400 acres of parks and amenities. There will be both moderately priced homes and higher priced homes (up to $750,000) located on 1-acre lots.Ground breaking could take place as early as March of 2018.
