County Tax Appraisals Are Here And Higher Than Ever

The local real estate market is hot, and many of us are feeling the impact of the market via our new appraisals that Tarrant Appraisal District (TAD) and other local appraisal districts recently mailed.

Were you shocked or discouraged by your appraisal? I sure was! I'd love to offer my home to TAD for sale at their appraised value!

As a REALTOR who is very familiar with our community, I'd like to offer a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on the value of your home if you'd like a 2nd opinion of its value based on sales comps that county appraisal districts can't access. This is an automated CMA, but I'll be happy to fine-tune it based on any unique details of your home that should be reflected in the analysis.
