Noe is an experienced luxury real estate professional, described as passionate, with excellent communication skills.  His core values include a desire to SERVE people through a commitment to always succeed with character and integrity. His mission is to interpret the Way real estate is SOLD today, by creating a new conversation to inspire the consumer by putting their lifestyle first.  His skill is built through life long experiences that have been fueled by technology and innovation. His promise to reinvent the LUXURY Real Estate Experience to meet the demands of a new client culture providing a high level of representation and expert negotiations that matches the marketing that we are known for.

Noé De Leon, negotiates some of the most recognizable modern/contemporary homes in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area. His new conversation in real estate is building a Luxury Real Estate Community where we foster knowledge and network, called the COLLECTIVE Luxury DFW. Native to Texas, He served in the United States Marine Corps, fighting during Desert Shield/Storm Campaign.  Noé also brings his thirty plus years of Brand Management experience in operations and Launching worldwide Luxury accessory brands; i.e. Hugo Boss, Ferrari, Mont Blanc,  Roberto Cavalli and TOM FORD to name just a few. He leads as President of the eXp Luxury DFW Collective board strengthening the luxury community of agents, in the ever changing North Texas economy.  He is committed to fostering long lasting relationships with clients, affiliate partners and agent/brokers.  

His wife, a former Apple, Inc. General Store Leader in the Dallas area, now serves as a buyers agent home builder expert. They have two daughters, both college age; one a recent graduate of NYU and the younger daugther a graduate from the University of Miami.
