About Charlie

Charlie is a young and creative talent in Real Estate. Starting in the construction business in 2019, he quickly realized his passion for Real Estate and turn it into his career for life.

Charlie joined Seeto Realty in 2021, and since then, he has proved his competence. Within the last 2 years, he has successfully sold more than 100 houses, both on his solo attempt and with Texas ACE Team.

Charlie also joined eXp Realty in 2022.

One of his philosophies is that success comes from nothing but practice and experience. In the early of his 20s, Charlie has become a shareholder of many residential and commercial estates. Being a seller, buyer, and investor himself has given him a thorough understanding of the process from his clients’ perspectives. So he can Honesty, diligence, and enthusiasm for learning are Charlie’s mottos in life. Despite his early success, he’s still gaining wisdom along the way and building a strong background in Real Estate.

Recently, Charlie continues to expand his expertise to commercial real estate. Being an aggressive action taker and problem solver, he wants to provide more to his clients. He is an honorable member of many well-known local real estate groups, such as Viet Commercial Real Estate and Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), etc..

Besides being a busy professional, Charlie is also very active in social work. He is passionate about giving back to the Viet community. He gained his reputation through a variety of local social and charity events.

Charlie is also an energetic member of VN United, a Vietnamese soccer team in Dallas. He has participated in many in and out-of-state tournaments.
