MEET DEBORAH DARWIN

Serving North Texas with trusted real estate experience, local insight, and a genuine love of homes. 

I’m a native Texan and have lived in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex for over 50 years. I received my Texas Real Estate license in 1985 and earned my Broker’s license in 2019. In 2019, I formed Bluebonnet Realty DFW, LLC, and in 2023 I joined eXp Realty.

With decades of experience and deep local knowledge, I help buyers and sellers across Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Ellis, Parker, and Johnson counties. I work in both metropolitan and rural markets, guiding clients through the process with steady support, clear communication, and attention to detail.

My love of real estate began early, tagging along with my parents while they searched for homes. I’ve always been fascinated by architectural styles and have a special appreciation for historic homes. That early interest grew into a career I truly enjoy—helping people navigate one of life’s most important decisions.

On a personal note, my husband and I have two successful sons and five grandchildren. We enjoy traveling, especially visiting National Parks and historic sites, which reflects my appreciation for history, place, and community.
