Julie is no stranger to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has spent years tracking storms and informing North Texans about severe weather and days at 100+. She's been a local TV meteorologist for years and has moved all over the nation for her career. For more than a decade she has called DFW her home! Now, she is explaining the "highs and lows" of real estate to her clients. Julie is the team lead of the Julie Bologna Group at EXP Realty. She is a multi-million dollar producer of real estate and has helped hundreds of families with their biggest investments over the years. She ranks in the top 1% of realtors nationwide. Julie specializes in buyers, sellers, relocation and investments. She and her husband also scout out properties to buy, remodel, and sell again….something they really enjoy. This allows them to use their design skills, decorating know-how, and real estate knowledge all in one! It also allows them to help buyers and sellers when it comes to repairs or remodeling ideas.
