About Kathy

I have resided in Highland Village/Flower Mound for 18+ years. I am a graduate of Angelo State University and taught and coached for 10 years. After teaching, I was in commercial playground sales and eventually ended up in residential construction, where I spent 12 years helping clients with various remodeling projects from connecting them to general contractors to assisting them with interior and exterior selections, décor, and furniture placement. I am currently in the process of developing an organizational system to guide homeowners in turning their homes into their dream home.

I have had a real estate license since1996. Based on all my various experience I decided to join eXp Realty. They are a brokerage that is unique, in the fact that, they encourage their agents to do more than just find their clients a home. They encourage everyone to be a team player and tie all their gifts and experience into being Realtors that service their clients in all aspects of the home selling/buying process.
